Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Endless Summer develops software, web applications, and internal research tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Endless Summer website and software projects, including tools that interact with Google APIs.
Information We Collect
The Endless Summer website does not intentionally collect personal information from visitors unless information is voluntarily provided, such as when contacting us.
Some internal software tools developed by Endless Summer may authenticate with third-party services, including Google, in order to access APIs required for their operation.
Google API Data
Endless Summer is developing an internal market research tool that may use the Google Ads API.
The tool uses Google Ads API access for keyword planning and market research purposes, including retrieving:
- keyword ideas;
- historical keyword search metrics;
- search volume information;
- keyword competition information; and
- related keyword-planning metrics made available through the Google Ads API.
The tool does not use Google Ads API access to create, modify, manage, or optimise advertising campaigns, advertisements, bids, budgets, or customer accounts.
Google account authentication information is used only to authenticate authorised access to the relevant Google APIs.
How Information Is Used
Information obtained through Google APIs is used for internal research and software development purposes.
In particular, keyword research data may be analysed to identify search demand and potential opportunities for useful web-based applications such as calculators, estimators, planners, checkers, and converters.
Data Sharing and Sale
Endless Summer does not sell Google user data.
Google authentication credentials and Google account information are not provided to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the software or infrastructure, subject to appropriate security and privacy protections.
Data Storage and Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and other sensitive information.
API credentials and authentication tokens are stored separately from publicly accessible application code and are not intentionally exposed to website visitors.
Research data may be retained where necessary to support analysis, reproduce research results, and avoid unnecessary repeated API requests.
Data Retention and Deletion
Authentication credentials and associated data are retained only for as long as they are required for the operation and development of the relevant software.
Access credentials may be revoked through the relevant third-party service. Locally stored credentials and associated data can also be deleted when they are no longer required.
Third-Party Services
Endless Summer software may interact with third-party services, including Google.
Use of information received from Google APIs will comply with applicable Google API policies and requirements.
Google's own privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Endless Summer projects and services evolve. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
